Description: Rare…….Young Hare by Albrecht Durer engraving, pencil signed by the engraver (appears to be W. Poch or similar). I can’t find any information on the engraver. The engraving is on paper, total size approximately 14.5” x 10”. The impression is approximately 7.5” x 5.75”. There are a few brown age spots in the background. There is discoloration fading to the paper as is indicated by the lighter shade where a matting was protecting the outer sides of the paper (I will include the paper matting). I do not know the age of the engraving. I purchased the item at an estate sale so I do not have information on the history of the engraving, Please ask any questions you may have and I will attempt to answer. The engraving will be shipped flat, with no frame.
