We also offer delivery, shipping, installation, and warranty programs to support the new, used, and refurbished equipment that we offer. We specialize in Bank Repossessions and Liquidations, which often involves complete office setups. This allows us to purchase equipment directly from the bank and pass along the savings directly to you. Payment Payment We accept payment by: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Cashiers Checks, Wire Transfers are also accepted. DEPOSITS & CANCELLED ORDERS A 50% deposit is required to hold all items and start processing any equipment order. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping, delivery, or installation. INSTALLATION & SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN UNIT PRICES, UNLESS STATED IN ORIGINAL QUOTE. All equipment orders under $2,000.00 must be paid in full at time of sale. CANCELLED ORDERS All canceled equipment orders by the purchaser are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders pertaining to upholstery services are non-refundable. PRICE POLICY All prices are subject to change due to market conditions. In case of a price increase Sunrise Dental Equipment will contact you for your approval before ordering. RETURN POLICY All items include a 30 day return option for defective/not working equipment. We will pay to have the item shipped back and either exchange or refund the purchase amount. This is not included in the cancelled orders policy or a return for any other reason other than being defective. Shipping Shipping Shipping, Delivery, & Installation We ship to the US and Canada only. Items under 100 LBS of weight are generally shipped out through standard ground services. Items that cannot be processed through standard ground shipping due to size and weight, maybe picked up locally from our office at no charge. Unless otherwise stated, most prices on the items do not include shipping, delivery, or installation charges. We offer a few types of shipping methods for larger equipment purchases. HAND DELIVERY: Most large equipment orders purchased in the state of Florida will be hand delivered by our personnel. Depending on the size of the order, this could vary, and is also an additional option for larger orders out of state. The distance and amount of equipment purchased plays a key role in determining hand delivery or shipping options. STANDARD LTL FREIGHT: Items are processed and prepared on a shipping pallet for transport. A lift gate is provided with the truck to lower the pallet to the ground. It is the buyer's responsibility from that point to bring the items inside the building. NO INSIDE DELIVERY SERVICE BY THE DRIVER IS PROVIDED WITH THIS OPTION, BUT IT IS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE METHOD OF LARGE EQUIPMENT TRANSPORTATION. FREIGHT SHIPPING w/ INSIDE DELIVERY "WHITE GLOVE": Items are processed and prepared as individual items, or possibly placed on a pallet for the transport. A lift gate is provided with the truck to lower the items or pallets to the ground. Individual items are blanket wrapped, strapped, and secured during transport. With this option, the driver WILL PROVIDE INSIDE DELIVERY SERVICE INTO THE BUILDING, and take away any pallets, and wrapping. This option is a little more in cost, but does ensure the items are brought inside the building. Items may not be placed where they will be eventually installed, but are sometimes depending on the situation to do so. Please be very specific about entry access points to the building, so we can inform the driver. Parking access, gate codes, 1st floor or higher in the building, elevator access, anything important that may not be a simple in and out of the building. Failure to provide complex information may result in additional charges, 2nd delivery attempts, or no inside delivery service at all. NOTE: With either shipping option, any changes in the location of the delivery upon receiving the items at time of drop off, such as taking to another office or storage location, not pre-determined before hand, will result in an increase in shipping charges, and will be invoice separately. INSTALLATION: Installation of the items is not included in the price of the equipment. Depending on the size of the order, installation services maybe available. Please contact us directly for specific installation options. Terms Terms We guarantee that the goods are as described in the above listing. We recommend that all equipment be installed by a professional, certified dental company, to insure that your new item functions properly. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. *Please allow up to 6 weeks to refurbish chairs if needed. It does not necessarily mean it will take that long, however we would appreciate you keeping that in mind when customizing the chair packages. Returns Returns RETURNS (30 DAYS) - MONEY BACK GUARANTEE OR EXCHANGE Unless defective, all equipment returns must be shipped and received back in unused and working condition, within 30 days of original transaction. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. Any returned items maybe subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund amount issued. Defective items are covered under the 30 day return policy for refund or exchange, if possible. (Buyer's Choice) After 30 days, defective items will fall under normal warranty coverage periods as stated. Shipping charges will be refunded for the first 30 days, and Sunrise Dental Equipment will supply you with a return shipping label, and pay to ship the exchanged item back to you. REFUNDS 100% Refunds will be issued within the first 30 days of equipment purchase on defective items including shipping. Non-defective items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, less the original shipping. Partial credit may be given for non-defective items returned after 30 days but not later than 60 days from the original purchase.
