Description: 1980s elf handle bars. I believe there cruiser bars. No type of knurling. Not exactly sure year or what they came off of. No dents or dings. They measure 27in wide, and about 6 1/2 high. Chrome is a little dark and has wear from use and time but no rusting or flaking. Sold as is. No returns or refunds. All sales final. Thanks!
