Description: This is a wonderful antique cut glass bowl, it is a low bowl so it can be displayed upright in an easel well.This piece is cut in the Pluto pattern which is a crown favorite due to the well cut hobstars, double miter eyebrow accents and the lovely prism cut detailing. Made by J Hoare, an easily identified collectible pattern. Measure: 8" wide by 2-1/4" tall Guaranteed authentic and a great piece for collectors. This is American Brilliant Period cut glass made (1870- 1920).Condition: This is over 100 years old, therefore it has typical minor wear. There is minor contact nips that are not really visible and normal wear. There is a small flake chip on the inside of one tooth that hides well since its the inside and doesn't change of the shape tooth. . It is a nice clear and sparkling bowl great for display upright in an easel with this shape.
