Description: 70-71-72 Oldsmobile Cutlass, 442, W-30, W-31, Hurst Olds, F-85, Rallye 350 Cowl to Hood Static Ground Strap This strap was mounted on the top of the cowl and when you shut the hood it grounded the hood to the rest of the body. This was used to help reduce static in the radio. These are often missing or broken. The car used three on the cowl.
