With the factory track width retained the front Sway Bar utilizes the stock end links and mounting holes keeping the leverage on the bar proper. There are no CV spacers, impact struts or add a leafs required for installation. The front differential is relocated in a manner so that when driving at higher 4 wheel drive speeds vibration is reduced. The GEN II Basic System utilizes a simplistic upper Coilover spacer that provides lift from the top of the shock rather than bottom up with reduced install time. Rear shocks are Performance Twin Tubes. All bracketry and the skid plate are constructed of 1/4" thick steel for maximum strength and proven reliability. The system passes FMVSS 126 standards for stability control functionality as tested by an independent lab. Typically we charge for a replacement shock to be shipped out and once you install it and ship them bad shock bad and if we find it to be defective we issue a refund for the replacement shock that was sent. Minor oil leak in the shock is usually not considered a warranty issue. Returns We will not give a refund on any parts that have not been pre-approved. We require that you contact us by email or through eBay return process (if it is a whole order that needs to be returned) for a RA# number & instructions prior to returning any parts. RA must be requested up to 30 days after the item is delivered. Any RA requested after the 30 day cutoff will be declined. Item cannot be installed or attempted to be installed, and must be returned in perfect sellable condition in order to receive the full credit. Item must be received by us up to 30 days after the RMA is requested. Incorrect/damaged merchandise MUST be reported 3 days after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned item. All return merchandise must be insured for/or greater than the original purchase price at customer's price to cover the entire contents of the products and packaging.
