While it appears to be wings down, it is the brand new released in 2018, newly designed 33 degree double eagle. These can also be used as the wings down southern jurisdiction, although it is not the official emblem. Set of 5 pieces, each has a hinged back allowing you to open them up, slide the back behind your shirt or jacket button, then snap the top over the button, covering the button with this emblem.
