This is purposely done, they are correct. I made these with a small inside diameter to stretch over the rims to ensure they do not fall off. Dont worry my silicone tires will stretch not tear. Start the tire on one side of the wheel and walk it around the rim while pushing the tire onto the rim at the same time. The rear silicone tires have a nice small rolled radius to the inner and outter edge. This improves performance and helps eliminate the tripping effect of the tires in the corners. I also made the inner diameter a good bit smaller for a snug fit on the rim. No more slipping/spinning on the rim. The silicone tires composition have good balance of firmness to not sacrifice speed, but yet soft enough to not sacrifice grip. All my tires are vacuum degassed during my production process. This makes for a consistant size and composition along with a air pocket free tire. These are a great improvement over the stock AFX Aurora rubber tires. Silicone REAR Tire Specs: - .500" outside diameter measured with tire on stock .385" rear rim. - .270" inside diameter - .260" wide FRONT O-Ring Specs: - .400" outside diameter measured with O-ring on stock .275" front rim.
