Just cut, strip and place wires between the sets of terminal blocks then tighten the screw terminals. This is by far the quickest and easiest way I've found to convert an arcade cabinet or just to test and troubleshoot a PCB. With no soldering and easy re-work and re-configuration between PCBs you can quickly get your boards up and running.
