The first print is fully hand cut (base); and selected pieces from the second print are hand cut. The selected pieces are glued (using acid free, dimensional foam squares) on the base making those pieces raised [3D]. Single Layer means that the design is flat [printed ONCE and fully hand cut].The embellishment measurements are all in INCHES. Sizes can be adjusted to meet your needs for no additional charge.
