30x75" Antique Vintage Old Wood Wooden Exterior French Door Window Beveled Glass

Description: Penn Antique Restoration 30"x75" Antique French Door 15 Windows w/Beveled Glass Beautiful, antique, French door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern, PA. The door is made of solid Douglas fir and is stained on both sides. The door has an impressive arrangement of 15, true-divided windows with old, beveled glass. 1 window contains normal glass. We could replace the single, normal pane with a beveled pane of glass--message us for quote. Hardware: The door does not come equipped with any hardware. However, we have a good selection of period hardware to outfit it (check out our eBay store). * If you would like any of the hardware holes plugged with solid wood, please email us for a quote. Uneven Height: The height of the door was unevenly cut by 1/4". The cut was most likely made to compensate for a warped floor or sagging foundation. We could cut the door to an even height, cut it narrower/shorter, or even build it up to be taller/wider--message us for a quote. Condition: The door is strong, sturdy and in great structural condition. It has the typical scrapes, scratches, and small nail holes that you would expect to find on an old, used door. The exterior half of one of the mulleins (munton) was cut off (see last photo). We could add the missing half of the mullein--message us for a quote. The door is missing 1 piece of interior molding (see last photo). We could add the missing piece of molding--message us for a quote Otherwise, there are no broken or cracked joints, gouges, rot, or warp. The small blemishes they have will disappear or diminish drastically after stripping and sanding. All of the glass is intact and in great condition with only subtle scratches. Swing: The hinge mortises span the thickness of the door, letting you define its swing and install your hinges on either side. Modification: Do you want to replace the glass with wooden panels, screen/mesh, or something else? We could modify the door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could make a frame, trim or add to the height or width, reverse the swing, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
