Description: 2 Metal threaded tips for wood poles. (Buy 3 Get 1 Free) Acme male threads that will screw into any standard items. Fits poles 3/4" (.75") and smaller. If you have a wood pole bigger than 3/4" it will not fit. Please measure carefully to avoid dissatisfaction with item. It will also go over cracked, worn out or broken plastic threaded tips. Simply put over existing threads and drill a hole through pole using the hole in threaded tip as a guide. Size of metal pole tips are 3" length, 24.5mm OD (.96 inch). The ID are 20.5mm (.80" inch) For wooden poles over 3/4" you will have to plane or sand it down to fit. If you prefer metal tips without holes and you will use a punch machine let me know and I will not pre-drill. Wood screws can be used instead of the machine screw and nut enclosed. You will need to use an electronic digital caliper to measure pole diameter. Maximum diameter width is (.76") inch wide to go inside threaded tip. These threaded tips have been machined to .80" inside diameter width. If if does not fit over your pole, the pole is over .76" diameter width. Please check before you order threaded tips.
