Description: Estate vintage 25" Ideal composition Shirley Temple doll from the 1930s. Wearing a tagged red pin dot dancing dress from "Curly Top". Doll is marked Ideal with a copyright, and Shirley Temple on her back. As is, as found. Pin is an original. Eyes were enhanced, at some point. Previous owner had her restored. Minor wear and discoloration to the her dress, which has a replacement tag. I noted the following: the dress has a replica Shirley Temple tag, the arms appear to have been replaced, shoes & socks are vintage but not original, and the ribbons were likely replaced, as well. This Shirley Temple doll is from the estate of a long-time collector of Shirley Temple dolls and memorabilia. We will be listing many of her Shirley dolls in the next few weeks.
