Description: Controller Functions and Settings 1. Main Interface Overview 1.1 Main Display Time Display: Shows the current date and time. Temperature and Humidity Display: Displays the ambient air temperature, relative humidity, and Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) data, which relies on an external temperature and humidity sensor connected to the controller. (Sensor Placement Recommendations) CO2 Display: Indicates the concentration of CO2 in the environment, which relies on an external CO2 sensor. Soil Data Display: Provides real-time soil temperature, humidity, and Electrical Conductivity (EC) readings when the soil sensor is connected, which relies on an external soil sensor. 1.2 Peripheral Interface Displays the connection status of up to five external devices. If a device is not connected to the controller, its status will be indicated as “offline.” 2. How to Control Led Grow Light （G Series/ SE Series/ SF Series） (Note: GGS 2-in-1 Adapter is required if the LED grow light needs to be controlled by the GGS Controller.） 2.1 Manual Mode Brightness can be manually adjusted from 0% (off) to 100% (full brightness). 2.2 Time Period Mode Start Time: Sets the time for the lights to turn on. End Time: Sets the time for the lights to turn off. Brightness: Allows adjustment of the brightness level when the lights are on. Go Dark: Configures a temperature threshold for dimming, where the lights will automatically reduce brightness when the ambient temperature reaches the set high-temperature threshold. Turn Off: Defines a temperature threshold for automatic shutdown, where the lights will turn off once the high-temperature protection threshold is reached. Sunrise/Sunset: Enables a sunrise/sunset simulation by gradually adjusting the brightness from dim to bright during sunrise and from bright to dim during sunset. 3. How to Control Clip Fan, Inline Fan, and Other Devices How to control Clip Fan & Inline FanIn the controller interface, the Fan (Clip Fan) and Blower (Inline Fan) sections are not yet available and will only support the next-generation Clip Fan and Inline Fan. How to Control GGS Power Strip（Coming soon, stay tuned!） If you have both the GGS Controller Kits and the GGS AC5 Power Strip Kits, you can control the GGS AC5 Power Strip through the controller. 4.1 Manual Mode Controls the On/Off status of each outlet on the power strip. The 5-outlet model has 5 outlets, and the 10-outlet model has 10 outlets. 4.2 Time Period Mode Start Time: Set the time for the outlet to turn on. End Time: Set the time for the outlet to turn off. 4.3 Time Cycle Mode Start time: Sets the time when the power strip starts the cycle. Run duration: Can be set between 00:00 and 23:59. Off duration: Can be set between 00:00 and 23:59. 4.4 Temperature Mode If you set an outlet to Temp Mode, you’ll need to specify whether the device plugged into that outlet is for heating or cooling. For example, if it's a cooling device, the outlet will power on when the temperature exceeds your target. Heating equipment: The outlet provides power when the temperature is below the set range. Cooling equipment: The outlet provides power when the temperature is above the set range. 4.5 Humidity Mode If you set an outlet to Humi Mode, you’ll need to specify whether the device is for humidifying or dehumidifying. For example, if it's a humidifier and the humidity is too low, the outlet will power on to increase the humidity. Humidification: The outlet provides power when the humidity is below the set range. Dehumidification: The outlet provides power when the humidity is above the set range. 4.6 CO2 Mode If you set an outlet to CO2 Mode, you'll need to define whether the device is for adding CO2 or venting it out. The outlet will activate based on your CO2 target settings. Gas filling equipment: The outlet provides power when the CO2 concentration is below the set range. Air release equipment: The outlet provides power when the CO2 concentration is above the set range. 5. Settings Interface 5.1 Temperature Unit Switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit. 5.2 Environmental Set Day/Night Time Settings: Set the time range for day and night periods. The start time defines when day begins, and the start of night defines when night begins. If both day and night start times are set to the same value, the system defaults to 24 hours of day. Temp Humi CO₂Settings: Set the target temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels for both day and night, as well as the deadband range. Deadband: For example, if the daytime temperature is set to 70°F and the deadband is set to 3°F, cooling activates when the temperature reaches 73°F and stops once it drops back to 70°F. Heating activates when the temperature drops to 67°F and stops when it reaches 70°F.) 5.3 Time Set Set your local time on the controller. If the controller is linked to the Spider Farmer App, the time will sync with the device running the app. 5.4 Language Choose from multiple languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese. 5.5 Sensor Calibration Temperature Calibration: Adjust the temperature offset between -10°C and +10°C, with a precision of 0.1°C per step. Humidity Calibration: Adjust the humidity offset between -20% and +20%, with a precision of 0.1% per step. CO2 Calibration: Adjust the CO2 concentration offset between -200 ppm and +200 ppm, with a precision of 10 ppm per step. 5.6 Screen timeout Set the screen to turn off after 1-10 minutes of inactivity, or choose “Never” to keep it on. 5.7 Keytone Enable or disable the button sounds. 5.8 Firmware update Upgrade via SD card or through the network. 5.9 Factory data reset Restore the device to its original factory settings.
