This light is complete with all bulbs and ballasts included as shown and is tested working. The lens has virtually no road wear and looks nice and shiny and it has not been buffed or refurbished. The mount tabs and housing are all fine and unrepaired except the small top inner tab has a piece missing shown in picture 3.
