The Treasury Department decided to return to a single box package design. The set contains five 90% silver State quarters (Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii); a 90% silver Kennedy half dollar and a 90% silver Roosevelt dime. The four Presidential dollars (Monroe, J. Q. Adams, Jackson, Van Buren), Sacagawea dollar, Jefferson nickel and Lincoln cent are of the standard circulation composition.
