ABOUT THE STAMPS: The artwork was created towards a sensory experience other than a mere visual or physical communication. In this issue, the receiver is invited to look on the stamp, rede it and discover the illustrations, feeling the scent onto the grapes and yet find out the relief on the intaglio printmaking. Five out of the grapes produced in Brazil were pictured on the stamps, showing their overall appearance and their leaves as well. On the central portion were represented some interaction moments with the grapes, from research in the lab – in order to improve the grape – to the grape crushing or stomping, going through the field, harvesting and consumption of juice and fruit itself. The color palette deepens that immersion into the viticulture experience. Digital illustration, photo retouch and manipulation techniques were utilized.
