Description: Cleaning out some of my gear again. I may regret letting this one go, but everything must go as they say. Here is a very nice black 1998 Ernie Ball Music Man Axis Sport. I purchased this while I was waiting for a special Luke iii to become available. I thought it would be a great guitar as I already love my other Axis. It does not disappoint. The bridge pickup is so awesome and the silent coil system let's these single coils burn without the 60 cycle hum. The pictures show it's actual condition so please look carefully. There are a couple dimples in the paint on the back and some swirls and various imperfections, but nothing major or unusual for a guitar of this age. And as you know black finish guitars show every little thing, but are difficult to photograph. The only other thing of note would be the discoloration of the birds eye maple neck. Again, nothing unusual about this as Music Man maple necks are prone to this with age and playing. Please check the photos for actual condition. Please ask all questions any before buying.
