Description: 1995 $1 FRN 2-OVER-PRINTS P.M.G #25 FR-1921-E 1995 Series One Dollar Federal Reserve note Richmond District. Wild, of course, first print goes normal, “back”, second print goes normal, “Face Design”, third print “over-print” it becomes havoc. Now at this point, the sheet was fed into the machine facing the right way. OR not? It seems the sheet was fed into the press to have the overprint seals and serial numbers applied to the back of the note. Would suspect……”However”.Our theory is the sheet may have been fed into the press the correct way when there was a major failure causing the sheet to flip at certain angles causing the overprint to get hit horizonal applying both top parts, and bottom parts of the over-print to just one note. There are two different sets of serial numbers shown on the back of the note. E20001232H–E20201232H.Zero over-print is drawn to the face design. A fold did occur as part of the printing process as you can see the one seal ‘black fed seal’ 3/4 is only shown printed.Third-party P.M.G #25, VERY FINE PLUS. Can you believe this note was passed around for some time before being pulled from circulation? Wow…. all around. Exceptionally rare to come across two sets of serial numbers on one note. *25 years on eBay.*27 years of Buying and Selling Collectible Currency. Terms of Sale14 day no questions asked return.
