This appears to me that the pieces were started in 1992 and not finished until 1993. The pair came from a very high-end Mid Century Modern home that had been professionally decorated by a designer. Each piece has a dark burnt Burgandy color as well as a deep green color that I believe is a matte enamel. All soldered metal work. Each piece is approx. 19 3/8" x 47 1/2" x 1 1/2" deep and could be displayed horizontally or vertically depending on your point of view. each piece weighs (without packing material or box) approx. 9.7 pounds.Both are in very clean condition with minimal if any finish wear as expected for age and use and have soldered hanging rings and no detected structural damage.
