Diaphragm is in great shape. No holes, dryness, pinched edges or shrinkage. Diaphragm will reinstall easily and seat properly. Practically no wear showing on slide. No damage. You will receive one in same or better condition as pictured, if you need more than one just check/update the quantity box up top and shipping is free after the first one.
