This is the regular clad composition version of the set.It contains the Eisenhower Dollar, Kennedy Half Dollar, Washington Quarter, Roosevelt Dime, Jefferson Nickel, and Lincoln Cent. The 1976 dated Eisenhower Dollars came in two different varieties. All of the 1976-S Eisenhower Dollars contained in the 1976 Proof Sets are Variety 2, which have thin lettering on the reverse of the coin. This set contains Variety 1 of the Eisenhower Dollar.The 1976 Proof Set came packaged in a plastic holder. The coins were placed within individual sealed rings against a red felt background. There was a black plastic outer cover. The outer cardboard box is colored black.
