Cards are untouched since 1976 with only the slightest bit of wear present (if any). Should grade incredibly well!!! These sets were made and distributed in the Seattle area by collector Frank Caruso. This set comes from his estate and is guaranteed original. Includes the original cardboard front and back papers that these were distributed with. They were issued in 4 different series. This is the one everyone wants as it includes early cards for the Negro League greats Josh Gibson, Oscar Charleston, Cool Papa Bell, Satchel Paige, and Judy Johnson along with (40) other cards including Robertp Clemente, Joe DiMaggio, etc, etc. These collector's issues fromt he 1970' featuring Negro Leaguers are really gaining in popularity.
