Description: Purchased new and has never left San Jose, California, the Raleigh Professional was the pinnacle of road bikes worldwide. I bought this bike from a local Raleigh dealer nearly 30 years ago and have only ridden it twice since. Aside from regreasing, cleaning and polishing aluminum, this bike is original and in mint condition. Included are a new set of Campy brake hoods, the original toe clip straps, the tire cleaner pieces that bolt to the brakes, original owner's manual and a Silca Impero pump that does not fit this frame because it is too long, but is period correct. For a vintage bicycle collector, it will be hard to find a better example of a 1970's Reynolds 531 double-butted frame with full Campagnolo equipment anywhere in the world. A truly special bike..
