Description: 1971 Pflueger Medalist Fly Reel Old Faithful Trout Rainbows Cutthroats Print Ad Original Advertisement Page Placement: Interior Multi-Page Multiple Pages, with both sides of each page scanned and described. Suitable for Framing Many older magazine text/images were printed skewed to some degree. Even within the page, text and images can be skewed in relation to each other. Trimming all four edges causes more problems, and leaves less room to mat. As of 3/20/2024 I trim only the single edge that was attached to the spine, at 90º from the top edge. The other 3 page edges will be left untrimmed. (In extreme cases, I may trim excessive damage from the other edges.) Except for the single trimmed edge, the full page is exactly as it was created. As a result, sometimes the text and in-page images may look tilted because of the skew, but leaves maximum border space to mat if you choose. You can see the entire page, edges and all, resting on a black border to help you judge overall condition. No virtual cropping to make it look perfect, no hidden surprises when it arrives. Ad Description/Company Name: Side 1: Two Pages, attached (mostly), Pflueger Ad on both sides of both pages. The 4-way thumbnail has the images out of order to make them fit the eBay icon. Correct order is below, as follows: Front Page: Pface it. Pflueger Medalist Fly Reel sets the standard. Middle 2 pages: Pfinally. Backlash is dead. Pfallacy: Pflueger quality costs more. Back page: The quiet pfactor. Pflueger electric sneakers. Publication Date: 1971 May Publication Name: Outdoor Life Magazine Size: Approx 8 ¼” x 10 7/8” Condition: Used. These are original pages from original magazines. They are very old, and usually stored in less-than-perfect environments. Foxing, fading, discoloration are common and present to some degree. Also staple holes, corner folds, edge damage, creases, ripples, scuffs, smudges and other imperfections are normal. Pages may show pressure marks from production or years of storage. Images are scanned on black background, NOT matted or framed. Many older magazines printed misaligned with their edges. I only trim the spine edge, leaving the other three sides untouched. When you mat the page, you can align as desired. The images are the EXACT SAME PAGE BEING SOLD, AS IS. PLEASE EXAMINE CLOSELY AND MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT. Not visible in images- the pages are firmly attached together along the binding on the BOTTOM HALF, but have pulled loose on the top half. I can’t think where it would make a functional difference in how you might display them, but just so you know... Your satisfaction guaranteed. If you have any questions or qualms, feel free to ask! Note: Sometimes I describe conditions you can easily see for yourself, just because I'm a bit OCD… I’ve been told that’s condescending and am trying to improve, but it’s hard to resist. :^) I’ve worked hard to be clear on the general conditions vintage magazines are in; if I run into something unique, and that’s not visible in the images, I’ll add it to the condition statement.
