Description: 1968 D uncirculated red penny top grade with a strike through/broad strike error. Doubling on the rim collar reverse and obverse, light doubling in other areas, miss shaping due to the broad strike error. Broad strike is causing a weak looking obverse Lincoln bust in areas, noted in the hair, beard, and parts of the face, ear area. Trust is in the collar, In God We Trust is high on the edge, on the reverse the Memorial building shows the evidence of the strike through, see the red markings and arrows for part of what I see. The thickness of the rim is also uneven, it is thinner at the bottom of the obverse or top reverse, thicker at the opposite edge. Nearly a flawless surface, with errored formations with very minimal coin rub, uncirculated, stored in coin holder for preservation and was taken out for the photos.
