Description: 1962-77 Comet Valve Covers Small-Block "Powered By Ford" 289 302 351W New This pair of new Comet valve covers fits 1962–77 Comet small-block 8-cylinder engines not equipped with electronic fuel injection. These ribbed valve covers are aluminum with a wrinkled, black-painted finish. The tops of the ribs and the “Comet Powered By Ford” text are unfinished brushed aluminum. These valve covers have an improved oil baffle design to accommodate high-lift cam shafts, and will work with most roller rockers. Gaskets not included.
