Tucson, Ariz- The Indians packed eight runs into the fourth inning yesterday to overcome a 5-0 defecit and shugged the San Francisco Giants, 15-9 in amadcap baseball game that produced 34 hits, 18 by the Indians. A three run homer by catcher John Romano and a three run double by clutch man Willis Kirkland featured the bardment against Mike McCormick, the left hander who led the National League in arned run average last year. McCormick was roughed up for 1 earned runs and a dozen hits before leaving. He was left in for all of the big fourth and pitched to three men in the fifth all of whom hit safely.
