Published a decade before the UK conversion to decimalisation, these volumes contain reports and oral discussions on the monetary policy and workings of the Bank of England, often referred to as the Radcliffe Report, named after its chairman. The report started collecting evidence in 1957, as a result of dissatisfaction with the workings of monetary policy in the 1950s.
