Description: 1952 Men's Elgin Deluxe 555 Manual Wind Watch This is a beautiful men's Elgin Deluxe manual wind watch, made in the U.S.A. in 1952 (the serial number stamped into the movement indicates the year of manufacture). The 17 jewel grade 555 movement has been cleaned and oiled, and the watch is running well and keeping accurate time. The bullseye style dial is in very good condition, with only some tiny spots in the center portion. The outer ring of the dial has a diamond texture to it. The 10k gold filled case has been cleaned and polished, and shows some light surface scratches and a few minor dings on the case sides/lug sides/case back, but no gold loss to be seen anywhere. A brand new acrylic crystal has been installed. A brand new black Italian leather strap has been installed. Overall, the watch is in very good condition and ready to wear!
