Mother was very tiny and petite which is why I am guessing grade school age or no older than jr high because from shoulder measuring down to bottom hem of dress is only 25". Measuring across front of waist is 12" so I'm guessing only 24" around. Armholes are 5" across so they'd be 10" diameter. From top of shoulder down to waist is about 12". I hope this helps. I don't see any holes anywhere. The iconic white stitching can be seen on the light brown material. Along with the iconic 5 brown buttons.
