Miceli awarded by Luxembourg's Dr. Hans Roger Madol --- Dr. Hans Roger Madol of Luxembourg is shown pinning the Order of Nassau on Augusto P. Miceli, 1424 Octavia Street for services rendered to Luxembourg during war. -- Orleanian Receives Decoration -- An Orleanian today received a "rare and high" decoration from the tiny country of Luxembourg. Augusto P. Miceli, of 1424 Octavia, received the "Knight Officer of Crown" of the Order of Nassau from Hans Roger Madol of Luxembourg. Dr. Madol, Luxembourg's commissioner of information in London and editor of the United Nations yearbook, made the presentation in the name of Grand Duchess Charlotte, who visited here 1943. Dr. Madol explained that Mr. Miceli was chosen to receive the decoration "because of his services to Luxembourg in the war."
