Description: 1940’s Flexible Flyer Pull Sled Seat Back Rest with Metal Frame and wood arm rest for a children’s pull sled. Clearly marked Flexible Flyer on main center metal back rest support. Hardware attached for connecting metal back rest to sled. Wood armrest are intact with swivel hardware on both ends. One nut/ bolt fastener missing from center backrest metal bracket and fasteners to secure arm rust metal down brackets to side of sled. Great patina red color. Rounded metal backrest is 16” wide measured where armrest meet metal frame. Wood armrest extend out approximately 17 1/2” from center of half moon backrest. Model #28 is the push sled version where I believe this is the pull version of same size child’s sled. Please see pictures for complete detail of overall quality, features and markings.
