Description: 1928 1929 Ford Model A steering column. It rotates fully from side to side. There is some play in both shafts. The spark and throttle control levers both move. I would consider this a core for rebuild. There is one area of heavy pitting in the tube as shown. The threads on the steering shaft look to be good.
