Description: This is a show stopping piece of Halloween history. Flapper style, 1920s crepe paper Halloween party hat. Sewn edges, lined interior. Dennison witch die-cut. There is some discoloration/ darkening in some spots, more apparent on the back side. To have survived almost 100 years in this condition is pretty rare.
