It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Overall, a very nice small size map that would frame up well. Size: The dimensions of the map area between the neat lines measures 5 by 6 1/4 inches (13x16cm) on a page measuring 6 by 7" (15x17cm) with a margin all around as seen in the main pic. Condition: The map is in Good condition with very light tonal aging, text on reverse. There is some darkening around the edges and a slight damp stain in the upper margin, otherwise it is very clean and would frame up well, see the pic for more on condition.
