Description: KIEV 5 35mm coupled rangefinder film camera, code F152, Ukraine c1967/1973, serial number 7000069, with Jupiter-8 NB 50mm f2 lens, serial number 730261, lens cap, spool and case with strap. Coupled rangefinder 35mm camera with parallax compensation and integrated 1:1 viewfinder.Contax/Kiev type vertical running metal "window-blind".Shutter speeds 1/2s - 1/1000s + B.Metal wind lever.Side folding rewinding crank.Sync contact located under the finder window.Frame counter and lightmeter on top plate. Strap lugs on front of body. This camera should be represented as KIEV 5 "preseries" from 1965-1966, since serial number does not belong to the regular production, and the Jupiter-8 NB lens (code A180 from 1966) was the one mounted on the preseries, while the regular production came with the Helios-94 50/1.8 lens. The only detail preventing me to announce this camera as a "preseries" is the engraving on top plate, that in the preseries is different. Camera looks very nice. Viewfinder is of the green type, it's bright and focus is accurate and aligned.Speeds are spot on along the entire range.Curtains are sound. Lens is crystal clear with no issues, smooth focus, and clean blades.Remarks: self-timer and lightmeter seem not to work. Thank you.
