Description: A handsome two volumes set bound in full vellum with raised bands and lettering in black to spines. Top edges stained red, fore and lower edges uncut. Externally, both volumes remain sound and firm, some spotting and other minor blemishes to boards, upper board of Vol. I with small repaired tear, spines a little discoloured. Internally, volumes also sound and firm. Original paper covers bound in at both front and rear. Pages with some scattered light spotting and other minor blemishes, else in excellent condition throughout. Preliminary text in French with main text of the Cartulary in Latin.
