Since then, she has spent time in Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India, where she completed teachers training and advanced teachers training. In 1994 Grime qualified as an Iyengar teacher in London. She takes a keen interest in Eastern and Western spiritual traditions and meditation. When teaching, she likes to incorporate yogic philosophy into her classes.
