All of the parts and wire assembly are all Made in America and Assembled in America. These assemblies, compares to Lionel part number 61-22, are new and have never been used. These assemblies are used in just about every Prewar and Postwar train and accessory that had a light. They fit in the bottom of the lamp socket with the wire for power is already soldered to the metal eyelet. They are perfect for getting your lights working again.
